Shipment processing time
Orders will be processed in the order in which they are received. Most orders received by 3:00 PM are processed and shipped that same day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Hop Alliance ships ground orders through UPS.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, you can select your preferred shipping time and rate.
Hop Alliance only charges what UPS charges for our shipping rates.
Hop Alliance can also ship LTL for large orders (440+ pounds). Please see large order shipment details below.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur, Hop Alliance is not responsible for delays on behalf of the carrier.
* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.
Hop Alliance ships to commercial and residential addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to be active or update.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Hop Alliance is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damaged / Lost Products
Hop Alliance is NOT liable for lost or damaged shipments, but In the event of a damaged or lost shipment, Hop Alliance will replace your order immediately if inventory levels allow.
Hop Alliance will work with UPS to resolve the issue after replacing your order.
The customer is not responsible for any additional charges, fees or filing claims with UPS.
Large Order Freight (LTL) Shipping
For orders weighing 440 pounds and up, LTL freight shipping will save a significant amount of money over UPS ground shipping.

Freight orders will be processed offline through a standard purchase order which will include the cost of your products and the agreed upon freight cost.
Payment must be received before freight orders ship.
Allow 1-2 extra days for processing depending on the size of your freight order.
International Shipping Policy
Hop Alliance currently ships to the USA, Mexico and Canada.
Hop Alliance hopes to expand to more countries in 2020.
Due to the increased shipping cost for international orders, we encourage larger orders to get the most value.
All of the above shipping terms applies to any and all international shipments.
