CO2 Hop Extract is a highly concentrated form of alpha acids, beta acids, and essential oils that can partially or entirely replace leaf hops or hop pellets in the kettle to reduce beer loss. All flavor characteristics remain while impurities typically found in hops are removed by the CO2 extraction process.
