Hop Hash is an exceptionally powerful form of hops that is the result of the pelletizing process. Hop Hash is a fresh and unfinished product that is gathered by hand from the pelletizer. Hop Hash is extremely concentrated lupulin and varies in texture and form, ranging from fine powder to sticky and resinous clumps.

Commercially launched in 2021, McKenzie™ C-148 c.v. is the first variety released by the West Coast Hop Breeding Company (WCHB) of Aurora, Oregon. WCHB is a co-operative organization of six Oregon hop growers. McKenzie™ was bred specifically for the climate and agronomy of Oregon, maximizing the local terroir. McKenzie™ is described as a bright and fruity mixture of classic varieties like Fuggle and Centennial.
