SOUTHERN STAR HOPS
South African HopsSouthern Star has a fruity and citrusy hop from the Southern Hemisphere, the aroma profile includes tangerine, blueberries, pine, tropical fruit, pineapple, watermelon, pungent, and spicy. Works well with all hop-forward beers, especially modern IPAs, and as a bittering hop for clean bitterness. When used later in the brewing process, it can offer bright tones with fruity and citrusy hoppy aromas.
