Brand new from our "sister farm", Pikimai Hops, in Tapawera. We are experimenting with the dankness of Chinook growing in the terroir of New Zealand. Be one of the first to try this American classic with a New Zealand twist!

Chinook hops are suitable for any stage of the boil. They’re not only a natural for American-style Pale Ales and IPAs, but they also find their way into seasonal ales, barley wine, and some porters and stouts.
